1. SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

At this time, The Lip Bar only ships to the 50 states and Puerto Rico. While we plan to expand our shipping capabilities in the future, we currently do not ship internationally.

Please note that the D Girl Collection will have a $7 shipping fee per collection order due to its size and shipping cost.

2. ORDER STATUS & TRACKING

Orders ship Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. All orders placed from Monday to Friday (excluding holidays) will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days from our warehouse depending on the time of day of your purchase. A business day is Monday - Friday before 12:00 pm EST for standard shipping and before 2:00 pm EST for expedited shipping.

Your order will not ship form our fulfillment center on the following holidays:

  • New Year’s Day
  • Memorial Day
  • 4th of July
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving Day
  • Christmas Day

An email confirmation will be sent for all orders once received.This email will serve as your pack slip!

Once the order has been processed at our warehouse, an email confirmation will be sent to you with the tracking number. To track your order, please log in to your account here.

3. EXPEDITED SHIPPING

Expedited orders have an estimated transit time of 2–5 business days after processing. Please note that this refers to shipping time only and does not include order processing time. Expedited orders placed before 2 pm EST will ship the same day. Orders placed after 2 PM EST will ship the next day.

While we aim to ship as quickly as possible, carrier delays are outside of our control.

If your tracking hasn't been updated by the 5th business day after your order has shipped, please contact us.

4. MODE OF PAYMENTS

We accept payments via Visa, Mastercard, American Express, in addition to Apple Pay and Klarna (orders over $35). We do not accept payments via ATM or inter-bank transfers.
