1. SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

At this time, The Lip Bar only ships to the 50 states and Puerto Rico. While we plan to expand our shipping capabilities in the future, we currently do not ship internationally.

2. ORDER STATUS & TRACKING

Orders ship Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. For processing purposes, a business day is Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Standard shipping orders placed before 12:00 PM EST and expedited shipping orders placed before 2:00 PM EST are considered received that same business day. Expedited orders placed before 2:00 PM EST are prioritized for same-day shipment. Orders placed after the applicable cutoff time will be processed the next business day.

Exceptions to standard processing times may occur during holiday periods, promotional events, or weather related events.

Your order will not ship from our fulfillment center on the following holidays:

• New Year’s Day
• Memorial Day
• 4th of July
• Labor Day
• Thanksgiving Day
• Christmas Day

An email confirmation will be sent for all orders once received.This email will serve as your pack slip!

Once the order has been processed at our warehouse, a shipping confirmation email will be sent to you with the tracking number. To track your order, please log in to your account here.

3. EXPEDITED SHIPPING

Expedited orders have an estimated transit time of 2–5 business days after processing. Please note that this refers to shipping time only and does not include order processing time. Expedited orders placed before 2:00 PM EST are prioritized for same-day shipment. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will ship the next business day.

While we aim to ship as quickly as possible, carrier delays are outside of our control.

If your tracking hasn't been updated by the 5th business day after your order has shipped, please contact us.

4. MODE OF PAYMENTS

We accept payments via Visa, Mastercard, American Express, in addition to Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Klarna (orders over $35). We do not accept payments via ATM or inter-bank transfers.
