If you purchase the incorrect Caffeine Concealer or Tinted Skin Moisturizer shade, you can either exchange for the correct shade or receive store credit within 14 days of purchase - no questions asked. The Lip Bar works hard to offer high-quality, vegan, and cruelty-free goods at affordable prices. Due to this mission statement, we can only accept exchanges on all other products if they are unopened and unused. For all exchanges, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

To help you confidently select your shade, we strongly encourage you to complete our complexion quiz and review product photos and videos on our social media featuring models across a range of skin tones before placing your order. Keep in mind that shade matching is influenced by undertone and color theory, so identifying whether your undertone is warm, cool, or neutral is key to finding your best match before placing your order.
