HOW TO WEAR

  1. Use the spoolie to groom hairs in upwards and out motion to shape
  2. Outline shape by underlining using longer strokes, extend through the arch and tail end of the brow
  3. Use short upward flicks to create hair-like strokes. Finish by combing through with spoolie to blend all together
