Step one: Open cap and twist up product just a touch. A little goes a long way with this formula.
Step two: Start with clean, dry, bare lips and apply evenly. Then let the formula set for 2–3 minutes.
Step three: Twist cap down completely and cap until you hear a click. That click means it's sealed!
