Giveaway TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Submit your TLB in-store “shelfie” from CVS via your public social media account tagging @TheLipBar and #TLBATCVS. What’s a shelfie? Take an in-store selfie that includes any TLB product and/or shelf display at any of our 3,300 CVS locations. Upload the shelfie / selfie to your personal social media handle at www.instagram.com tagging @TheLipBar and #TLBATCVS. Shelfie / selfie photo must remain active throughout the duration of the giveaway and be featured on a public Instagram account. All publicly shared social media shelfies will be entered to win either our prize package. Any questions, concerns, and troubleshooting inquiries can be directed to info@thelipbar.com.
The contest runs from 12:00 am EDT Sept 4, 2023 through 11:59 pm EDT Sept 28, 2023. The winner will be selected at random on Sept 29, 2023 and announced on TLB’s social media accounts. There is one prize: a cash prize of $3,000 U.S. (payable by ACH), a TLB-selected assortment of lip products with over $500 retail value, and a Bawse Lady sweatshirt. Odds of winning are solely dependent upon the total number of eligible entries received. Any federal, state, and/or local taxes shall be the sole responsibility of the Winner. No substitution of Prize or transfer/assignment of Prize to others is permitted.
The selected Winner shall have 72 hours to claim the Prize as calculated by the time and date TLB publishes the notice. Winner acknowledges that TLB has no liability for a Winner's failure to receive notice due to missing the announcement. If a selected Winner is ineligible and/or fails to timely return a completed and executed Consent and Declaration of Compliance as required, the Prize may be forfeited, rescinded, and an alternate winner selected.
The giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Meta or TikTok. This contest is open those 18 year old or older at the date of entry, and is open to legal residents U.S. residents and the District of Columbia. Employees of The Lip Bar Inc. and their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each, are not eligible to participate in the Giveaway. The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void outside the District of Columbia and the 50 United States, including Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands and where prohibited by law.
Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of TLB. If you use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules, your submission may be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of TLB. TLB shall not be responsible for incomplete or non-complying entries and will not inform an entrant of an incorrect or non-complying entry. By participating, you agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these rules, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, you agree to accept the decisions of TLB as final and binding as it relates to the Giveaway. The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws.
TLB reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Giveaway should (in its sole discretion) the COVID-19 pandemic, non-authorized human intervention, fraud or other causes beyond its control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the Giveaway. In such case, TLB may select the recipients from all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken by TLB. TLB reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Giveaway or violates these Terms & Conditions.
